Self-Esteem Exercise

Self esteem is a fantastic area of development to work on. You can go far and feel wonderful with great self esteem.
In this sample iLookin exercise, we’ve got a short 1 minute video for you to watch followed by 5 short questions.
"Measuring Up" is a big influencer with regards to self esteem. The following exercise is just one example of the many iLookin tools that exist to help you identify areas of focus that will help improve your self-esteem.
One of the most difficult areas human beings struggle with is “measuring up” to their peers. We examine what others have, what they are able to do and who they have in their lives. That comparing self to others is one of the major reasons we struggle with self-esteem.
The trouble is that when we enter the state of comparison-making, our seeing is distorted. We become blind to our own value, while devaluing or dismissing the real worth we have.
